摘　　要：介绍了BEPCII工程数据信息管理系统中各个子系统将要采用的统一快速开发与管理平台,就其中架构与关键技术及其实现进行了详细的描述,并为一般Web系统的设计与实现提供了参考。This paper introduces development and management of Web system applying to data management system of control system in the Beijing Electron Positron Collider II. As a reference of common Web system, the framework and key technique of design and implementation of this system are described clearly.
