摘　　要：褪黑素是松果体分泌的一种吲哚类神经内分泌激素,具有广泛的生理作用。它可以提高机体的免疫力,还可以调节内分泌系统和生殖系统。褪黑素已经被开发为产品大量用于人类的保健和医疗。文章介绍了近年来褪黑素研究情况,包括其增强免疫、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等生理作用的机制,也对褪黑素的开发前景进行了探讨。Melatonin is one of the neuroendocrine hormones secreted by pineal gland. It has widely physiological effects:improve the immunity of the organism,regulate the endocrine system and reproductive system.Based on the effects above, it has been used in people for health care and medical treatment. This article introduced the recent.progress in the study of melatonin and the mechanism of strengthens the immunity,anticancer effect and anti-ageing. The development prospect of the melatonin is discussed in the article also.
