妊高征性心脏病的诱因及防治措施探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨妊高征并发心脏病的诱因及防治措施。方法对304例妊高征中的11例妊高征性心脏病进行回顾性分析。结果304例妊高征患者,妊高征性心脏病11例,占妊高征的3.62%,诱因:肺部感染(27.27%)、双胎妊娠(27.27%)、低蛋白血症(27.27%)、肾功能衰竭(9.09%)、中度贫血(9.09%),孕产妇无一死亡。结论妊高征并发心脏病与肺部感染、低蛋白血症、双胎妊娠、急性肾功能衰竭、贫血有关,做好围产期保健,及时发现及去除各种诱因,及时终止妊娠,可减少母婴死亡,提高妊高征性心脏病抢救成功率。Objective To investigate the inducement and preventive procedure of cardiac diseases caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH).Methods Among 304 PIH patients the clinical data of 11 patients with acute heart failure caused by PIH were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 304 PIH patients there were 11 patients (3.62%) with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndromic cardiac diseases.The inducements were pulmonary infection (27.27%),twin pregnancy (27.27%),hypoproteinemia (27.27%),acute renal failure (9.09%),medium anemia (9.09%).Conclusion The pregnancy-induced hypertension syndromic cardiac diseases is related with pulmonary infection,twin pregnancy,hypoproteinemia,acute renal failure and medium anemia.It is important to pay much attention to perinatal health and to find and remove timely the different inducements,and to terminate the pregnancy in time,which can reduce the death rate of mother and infant and enhance the rescue success rate of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndromic cardiac diseases.
