摘 要:目的:观察祛瘀宁痛贴对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变性、血小板聚集和体外血栓形成的影响。方法:以皮下注射大剂量盐酸肾上腺素复加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察祛瘀宁痛贴对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学指标、血小板聚集和体外血栓形成的影响。结果:祛瘀宁痛贴0.3、0.9、1.8g/kg生药能明显降低急性血瘀大鼠的全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原含量、红细胞压积,减慢血沉速度,缩短红细胞电泳时间,并能抑制血小板聚集和体外血栓形成(分别P<0.05或0.01)。结论:祛瘀宁痛贴有明显改善急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学,抗血小板聚集和抗血栓形成作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of Quyuningtong Paster(QYNTP) on hemorheological parameters, platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro in acute blood stasis rats. Methods:The acute blood stasis model in rats were established with subcutaneous injection of high-dose adrenaline hydrochloride and being socked in ice-water. The effects of QUNTP on the indexes of hemorheology, platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro in acute blood stasis model rats were observed. Results: The QYNTP(0.3g/kg、0.9g/kg、1.8g/kg) could not only significantly reduce the viscosity of whole blood, viscosity of plasma, content of fibrinogen, packed volume of erythrocyte, slow down the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and shorten the erythrocyte electrophoresis time, it also remarkably inhibit the platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in vitro (respectively P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion:QYNTP could obviously ameliorate the hemorheological parameters, inhibit platelet aggregation and thrombus formation in acute blood stasis rats.
