摘　　要：目的:观察赤芍总苷(TGC)对S180肉瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用,进行较系统的肿瘤细胞组织形态学观察。方法:造模后,观察TGC对瘤鼠肿瘤抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、以及肿瘤组织光、电镜病理变化的影响。结果:通过赤芍总苷中药的治疗,实验组、联合组、CY组与模型组的抑瘤率表达具有显著性差异,对免疫器官胸腺指数、脾脏指数影响也具有显著作用。肿瘤组织病理学观察显示,赤芍总苷具有明显抑瘤作用。结论:赤芍总苷对瘤细胞具有抑制作用。Objective:Investigate the antitumor effect of Total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Rubra(TGC)by the systematic observation on the Morphologic tumor organizes.Methods:After Building the mold mouse,we observe TGC Inhibitory rate,thymus gland index,spleen index and the tumor organizes by optical microscope,electron microscope the influence of pathology variety.Result:Passing the treatment of the total the Chinese herbal medicine of Total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Rubra,experiment group,unite the group,the group of CY and model group of the inhibitory rate express to have the great difference,also take great influence on the immunity organ thymus gland index,spleen index.With the tumor organizes pathology observation,the total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Rubra has obviously repressed tumor function.Conclusion:TGC has the restraint of function to the tumor cell.
