摘　　要：目的:探讨胃炎康加维酶素对胃癌前病变胃黏膜癌基因蛋白表达的影响。方法:免疫组化法检测治疗前后胃黏膜Ha-ras、EGFR、c-erbB2的表达。结果:治疗后胃黏膜癌基因蛋白的表达明显下调,其中胃炎康加维酶素治疗组的效果明显好于单纯维酶素组(对照组),无论是阳性表达率,还是表达强度(光密度积分)都优于对照组。结论:胃炎康加维酶素可能是通过抑制胃黏膜癌基因蛋白的异常表达而发挥治疗胃癌前病变的作用。Objective:To study the effect of Weiyankang plus gastrone on expression of oncogene proteins in gastric mucosa with Precancerosis lesion.Methods:The expression of Ha-ras、EGFR、c-erbB2 in gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression of oncogene were significantly decreased after treatment.The effection of decreasing expression rate or its density integral was better in treated group than that in controlled group.Conclusion:The effect of Weiyankang plus gastrone on precancerosis of gastric cancer may due to repress the abnormal expression of oncogene proteins in gastric mucosa.
