血清CA242、CA125、CA199含量对消化系肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中CA242、CA125、CA199含量对消化系肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法应用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统检测42例正常人,86例消化系良性肿瘤患者及201例消化系恶性肿瘤患者血清中CA242、CA125、CA199水平并进行统计学分析。结果肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌血清CA242、CA125、CA199含量显著高于正常对照组及消化系良性疾病组(P<0.01)。消化系肿瘤有腹腔及远处转移者,其血清CA242、CA125、CA199含量升高更为明显。结论血清CA242、CA125、CA199均是良好的消化系恶性肿瘤的诊断指标,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic values of serum carbohydrate antigen CA242, CA125 and CA199 in GI tumors. Methods Altogether 201 patients with digestive neoplasms,86 patients with benign digestive diseases and 42 healthy subjects served as controls. Serum CA242, CA125 and CA199 levels were measured by multi-tumor markers protein chip diagnosis system and analyzed. Results In liver cancer, gastric carcinoma, pancreatic carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma, serum CA242,CA125 and CA199 levels were significantly higher than that in normal persons and benign digestive disease patients (P<0.01). When digestive tract malignant tumors metastasized in abdominal cavity and other sites, serum CA242, CA125 and CA199 were further increased significantly. Conclusion Serum CA242, CA125 and CA199 are all valid tumor markers in diagnosis work-up of digestive tract neoplasms and clinically valuable.
