摘 要:目的:探讨糖网明对糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经细胞的抗凋亡作用及其可能的机理。方法:四氧嘧啶制作糖尿病大鼠模型,分为正常组、糖尿病组、糖尿病糖网明治疗组,180d后处死大鼠,取血测定红细胞膜流动性,并用原位末端标记法(TUNEL)标记大鼠视网膜凋亡细胞,光镜观察。结果:糖尿病大鼠与正常组大鼠相比红细胞膜流动性下降,视网膜神经细胞凋亡数量均显著升高,糖网明干预组与模型组相比这些改变明显减轻。结论:糖网明通过改善红细胞膜流动性,抗视网膜神经细胞凋亡对早期糖尿病视网膜病变具有良好的防治作用。Objective: To explore the anti - apoptosis effect and mechanism of tangwangming on retinal neural cells in diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic mellitus in rats was induced by alloxan and divided into 2 groups. one group without treatment, the other group treated with tangwangmin g and normal rats used as control group. All rats were killed after 180 days, erythrocyte membrane fluidity were detected and the apoptotic retinal neural cells stained by TUNEL method were observed with light microscope. Results: Compared with control group, erythrocyte membrane fluidity was decreased, apoptosis in the retinal neural cells were increased significantly in diabetic group without treatment. The changes of tangwangming preventive group were better than that of modle group. Conclusion: Tangwangming could increase erythrocyte membrane fluidity and restrain the apoptosis of retinal neural cells. It maybe prevent the development of the early diabetic retinopathy and be useful in its treatment.
