改良式筋膜内子宫全切术式探讨

摘　　要：目的探索改良式筋膜内子宫全切除术的效果。方法将122例有子宫全切除指征的患者随机分为两组,62例改良式筋膜内子宫全切除术为改良组,60例常规筋膜外(或外)子宫切除术为对照组。结果改良组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后病率和术后生活质量与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论改良式筋膜内子宫全切除术具有较高的临床价值。Objective:To investigate the effects of intyapertoneal whol e-hysterectomy of infascia.Methods:One hundred and twenty two patients in dicator of hysterectomy were div ided into two groups.Among them 62 cases were aplied infascia hysterectomy by improve method(intraperitoneal group) and 60 cases were aplied infascia hysterec tomy by rule method or exfascia hysterectomy(compare group).Results:In intraper itoneal group,the time of operation、amount of bloody in operation、time of exha ust after operation、illness of after operation and mass of live after operation were markedly different from those of control group (P<0.05).Condusiou:Int raperitoneal hysterectomy of infascia has higher ralue of clinic.
