摘 要:为了在恶劣环境下实时测量宽波段脉冲激光波长和方向,提出了使用光栅衍射测量脉冲激光波长和方向的方法。该方法利用激光的相干特性,不同波长的激光干涉后零级光谱和一级光谱之间的距离不同,入射方向不同其零级光谱位置不同,从而由探测器上读出的光谱位置可以求出激光波长和入射方向。根据测量原理设计了实验光路,主要由光栅、柱面镜以及探测器CCD构成。实验结果表明,该方法测量激光波长的最大偏差为6.2nm,入射方向最大误差为0.6°,可以实现激光波长分辨力10nm,入射方向分辨力1°的实时测量。In order to measure wide band pulsed-laser wavelength and direction in real time under bad environment, a method for measuring pulsed-laser wavelength and direction with grating diffraction method is proposed. By using laser coherent property, different distance between zero-order spectrum and first-order spectrum of laser with different wavelengths after interference, and different incident directions of light with different zero-order spectral positions, thus the laser wavelength and direction can be obtained by reading spectral position from the detector. An experimental optical path is designed according to the measuring principle. The optical path mainly consists of grating, cylindrical mirror and CCD. Experimental results show that the maximal error for measuring laser wavelength is 6.2 nm and the maximal error for measuring incident direction is 0.6°. A real-time measurement with laser wavelength resolution 10 nm and incident direction resolution 1° can be realized.
