摘  要:应用系统动态参数的计算机仿真方法,对抽油机井悬点示功图、曲柄轴扭矩、电动机输入功率、排量系数、有效功率等动态参数的仿真计算方法进行了改进,建立了系统效率仿真分析的数学模型。根据油井产能协调关系,建立了油井抽汲参数调整后的系统效率仿真模型,开发了抽油机井系统效率仿真分析的计算机软件。通过大量仿真计算,总结出了一套提高抽油机井系统效率的有效途径。The simulation methods for calculating dynamic parameters of rod pumping system, such as polished rod dynamometer card, crank shaft torque, motor input power, displacement coefficient and effective power, were systematically improved, and the mathematical models for simulating system efficiency were set up. By using the improved suction parameters containing polished rod stroke, pump plunger diameter and pump depth changed, the mathematical models of simulating system efficiency were developed according to coordination equation of well production. The computer simulation programs for system efficiency of rod pumping wells were developed. According to a lot of simulated results, the effective methods for enhancing the system efficiency are presented.
