摘　　要：目的探讨在颈椎创伤合并椎动脉损伤后的前路手术中如何减少健侧椎动脉的损伤。方法319例颈椎创伤患者,同时行MRI及MRA检查。结论319例患者中有52例伴有椎动脉损伤,其中单侧椎动脉损伤51例,左侧22例,右侧29例;双侧椎动脉损伤1例。50例单侧椎动脉损伤患者施行了颈椎前路手术。结果50例患者均未出现健侧椎动脉损伤。Objective To evaluate how to decrease the injury of the uninjured vertebral artery in case of anterolateral decompression and stabilization in the cervical injury accompaning vertebral artery injury. Methods 319 cases with ce rvical injury were examined by MRI and MRA of the cervical spine. Results 52 of 319 cases of the cervical injury were accompaning vertebral artery injury. Amon g 52 cases of the vertebral artery injury,51cases happened unilaterally-22 left and 29 right;One case hanpened bilaterally. 50 cases of the unilateral vertebral artery injury had operated by the anterolateral decompression and stabilization . Conclusion There were no injure with the uninjured vertebral artery in 50 cas es by operation.
