摘　　要：目的探讨腰麻—硬膜外联合麻醉在经尿道前列腺电切术的应用。方法将150例择期手术患者,随机分为腰—硬联合麻醉组(CSEA组n—80),和硬膜外麻醉组(EA组n—70)观察麻醉效果,起效时间,阻滞平面,心率,血压等改变。结果CSEA组起效时间短,镇痛效果好,心血管干扰小。EA组麻醉起效时间长,镇痛效果不全。结论腰—硬联合麻醉具有腰麻和硬膜外麻醉的双重特点,取长补短,结合二者优点,弥补二者缺点,易为手术医师及患者所接受。Objective To study the clinical application of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in transurethral prostatectomy(TURP). Methods 150 cases were randomly divided into two groups: groupⅠcontinuous epidural anesthesia(EA); group Ⅱcombined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA) .Analgesia effect, onset of block, heart rate and blood preasure were observed. Results the onset of block was faster in group Ⅱthan that in group Ⅰ. Analgesia effect was better in group Ⅱthan that in group Ⅰ. Conclusions Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia had the advantage of faster onset of block, better Analgesia effect. Surgery doctors and patients were easy to adopt CSEA.
