摘 要:目的探讨影响无菌贮存室空气质量监测超标因素,提高无菌贮存室的空气质量。方法采用平板暴露法,对无菌贮存室采取监控,并对措施前后6个月监测结果进行对比。结果采取措施前空气培养细菌总数超标,平均值是261.66±366.3cfu/m3。采取措施后空气培养细菌数达标;平均值是0±52.3cfu/m3。结论无菌贮存室的空气质量受空气流动程度、室内湿度、温度、消毒条件等因素的影响;要使空气质量达标,保证无菌物品质量,只有加强无菌贮存室的环境监控,不断完善环境监控条件,才能保证空气质量达标。Objective To investigate factors for the air supervision of sterile storeroom and improve air condition of sterile storeroom. Methods The air condition of sterile storeroom was supervised by plate exposure method. The supervised results 6 months before and after controlled measurement were compared. Results The total bacterial count of sterile storeroom exceeded the criterion before the measurement and the average value was 261.66±366.3cfu/m3. Then the total bacterial count of sterile storeroom conformed to the criterion after the measurement and the average value was 0±52.3cfu/m3. Conclusions The air condition of sterile storeroom is affected by the degree of air ventilation, humidity, temperature of the storeroom and sterile condition. To get to the standard of air condition, ensure the quality of sterilized goods and air condition, environment supervision and management of sterile storeroom must be strengthened continuously.
