摘 要:生物活体组织在一定情况下受外界加热而发生温度振荡的本实是生物传热领域内长期得不到合理解释的经典问题,本文深入考察了生物传热的真实特点,将逻辑上更为严明的热波理论引入Pennes生物传热方程,获得了新的生物传热模型,在一定条件下导出了由外界加热而诱发体内温度振荡所应满足的准则及振荡周期,所得结果清晰地表明了只有生物体可能出现温升振荡而非生物体则不可能的原因。本文提出的热波学说深化了对生物体温升振荡效应的认识,首次揭示出,生物体之所以发生温升振荡,关键原因并非通常所认为的外界加热方式以及生物体所具有的诸如心理因素、自调节特性等影响条件,而在于生物活体本身所团有的血液对流换热模式及其内部的有限热传播速度。本文是目前唯一严格的用于解释温升振荡现象的理论尝试。The fact that living tissues'temperature increase will respond oscillatorilly under certain externalheating is a classical problem which have not been solved for a long time in the field of bioheat transfer. In thispaper,a more strict therrnal wave theory is introduced into Pennes'equation concerning the real characteristics ofbioheat transfer and a new form of bioheat transfer model is postulated.The period of oscillation as well as crite -rions to decide temperature oscillations are obtained under certain boundary conditions. Resuits clearly showthat,only living tissues will respond oscillatorilly to the external heating while the nonliving materials can not The theory will let us to know deeply about the phenoTnena of teniperature oscillation and it also reveals in theory for the first time that the reason for living tissues'temperature oscillations is blssd's convection heat transfer and the limited speed of heat conduction inherited in living tissues,but not the complex factors such as the heating mode、biological body's psychological behavior and automatically controlling ability etc .The paper is the only one at present time to try to interpret strictly the reason of temperature oscillation phenomena.
