摘　　要：版权问题是数字图书馆资源建设中的一个重要问题,如何合理解决版权问题关系到数字图书馆建设的成败。本文主要概述了目前关于这一问题的各种法律规定、保护数字版权的技术手段以及在实际中的应用等。The problem of copyright is one important problem in digital librarys construction,and how to deal with it decides whether or not we construct digital library successfully.The paper mainly discusses laws and orders,technologies to protect digital copyright and practical applications about the problem.
