摘　　要：藏书剔旧工作是一项学术性和技术性很强的工作,目前面临着许多问题,有这样几个问题尤其值得我们重视:藏书剔旧的理论研究;采购工作中的剔旧;对剔除下架旧书要持慎重态度;要注意发挥藏书剔旧的整体功能;要把藏书剔旧经常化、制度化。Eliminating of obsolete library books is a highly academic and technical work.Presently there are a lot of problem concerning it,among which several important ones worth our special attention.They are theoretical research on elimination;how to eliminate books when purchasing;taking a serious attitude towards the removed books;giving full play to the whole function of obsolete book eliminating;and regulization and systematization elimination of elimination.
