摘　　要：对提花轮式小提花横机出现无规则错花和有规则错花的原因及解决方法进行了阐述。其中无规则错花产生的原因有:提花轮的记忆信息不能消除、纹孔与识读触头的相对位置不正确、传递触头与记忆片之间的间隙不正确、纹板不能正确给进;有规则错花产生的原因有:记忆片变形或损坏、选针片变形或损坏、选针传递杆不灵活、选针传递杆弹簧弯曲。This paper analyzes the reasons for irregular off-pattern and regular off-pattern of the pattern-wheel-based mini-jacquard flat knitting machine and puts forward the solving methods. The reasons for irregular off-pattern include: the saved information of the pattern wheel cannot be removed; the relative position between the peg hole and the read-in detector is not correct; the gap between the transmitting head and the memory card is not correct; and the card feeding is not correct. The reasons for regular off-pattern include: the distorted or damaged memory card, the distorted or damaged selector bits, the ineffective selector levers and the bent spring of the selector lever.
