摘 要:在铂催化剂的作用下,利用4-(2-羟基-3-烯丙氧)丙氧基-2-羟基二苯甲酮与含氢硅油在甲苯溶剂中的硅氢化加成反应,合成了一种侧链含二苯甲酮紫外吸收基的聚硅氧烷,并对其物化性能和其在织物整理中的应用性能进行了研究。结果表明,二苯甲酮类紫外吸收基聚硅氧烷的相对密度和折射率随着紫外吸收基团含量的增加而增大,其分子量分布较宽;用其整理的织物,随着紫外吸收基含量的增加,柔软性提高,抗皱性能降低,吸水性下降;对于紫外吸收基含量恒定的整理剂,随工作浴液的固含量增加,织物的紫外光透过率降低,柔软度有所提高;乳化剂T-55用量(对硅油的质量分数)为30%时,硅乳的稳定性较好,且整理后的织物柔软性、吸水性良好。Under the effect of platinum catalyst and taking advantage of silicon hydrogenation addition reaction of 4-(2-hydroxyl group-3-propylene oxygen) propoxyl group-2- hydroxyl group benzophenone and the hydrogen-contained silicone oil in methylbenzene solvent, one kind of polysiloxane with the ultraviolet-absorbent benzophenone in its branched chain was composed. This paper studied the physical and chemical properties of this kind of polysiloxane and the application in fabric finishing as well. The research results show that the relative density and refractive index of the polysiloxane with ultraviolet-absorbent benzophenone group increases with the increase of ultraviolet-absorbent group amount and the molecular weight distributes very wide; with the increase of ultraviolet-absorbent group amount, the softness of the treated fabric increases, the wrinkle resistance decreases and the absorbency also decreases; for the constant amount of ultraviolet-absorbent group, the permeation rate of ultraviolet decreases and the softness of the treated fabric increases with the increase of the solid content of working bath liquid; under the condition that the mass fraction of the emulsifier T-55 to the mass of silicone oil is 30%, the stability of silica gel is better, and the softness and absorbency of the treated fabric is also better
