摘 要:基于电化学原理建立了电凝聚法净化染色工业废水中计算电解电压的理论非线性模型。根据实验所测电压—电流密度数据,利用最小二乘估计法对模型参数进行了估计,得到了相应地线性模型与非线性模型。分析了在给定的电流密度范围内,非线性模型简化为线性模型时的相对误差。利用实验结果进一步验证了简化的线性模型在给定电流密度范围内的正确性。最后结合线性模型给出了负载等效电路。本文得到的计算电解电压线性模型和负载等效电路模型简单直观,对于电凝聚电源的设计具有较好的参考价值。The theoretical non-linear models for calculating electrolysis voltage of dye wastewater purified by electrocoagulation with DC power supply are established in this paper. The non-linear regression models and linear ones in which the parameters in the models are determined by least squares method are given respectively. The calculating voltage error when the non-liner models is simplified as the linear ones is analyzed with the given current density range. Moreover, the experiments are done to confirm the linear models in the give current density. Lastly, the load-equivalent circuits are obtained when the electrode and power supply are connected in the different methods. The obtained linear models of calculating electrolysis and load-equivalent circuit are simple, intuitionistic and to be applicable for different dye wastewater disposal, which can be used to design the DC power supply for electrocoagulation.
