蚁皇口服液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的药效学研究

摘　　要：不同剂量的蚁皇口服液对正常小鼠的DNFB性DTH有明显的调节作用,并能拮抗Cy所致的小鼠DTH的增高或降低,使其趋向正常化。能显著抑制和提高小鼠PFC的形成,提高脾淋巴细胞特异性抗体(IgM)的合成和分泌,促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)的吞噬功能和增加小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量。较大剂量、长时间给药时,对四氯化碳引起的肝损伤具有保护作用,可降低血清ALT和AST的活性,减轻肝细胞的脂肪变性和坏死;促进慢性肝损伤的白蛋白合成,减轻肝组织纤维化。The Yihuang oral liquid of different dosage has obvious regulation effect on DHT pertaining to DNFB of the normal mice and can antagonise the increase or decrease of DTH of mice caused by Cy so as to recover to normal levels. It can notably inhibit and lift the formation of PFC of mice , increase the formation and secretion of lymphocyte specific antibody, promote the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophage of mice and increase the weight of thymus gland and spleen of mice. When medicine is taken long with larger dosage, it shows the protection effect on hepatic injury caused by carbon tetrachloride, may decrease the activity of serum ALT and AST, lighten the fatty degeneration and necrosis of hepatic cells,promote the albumin formation in chronic hepatic injury and lessen the fibrosis of hepatic tissues.
