摘　　要：文章首先全面系统地识别了煤层气项目运营期间的主要风险因素,然后从不同的角度和内容对风险因素进行深入分析,并对部分风险影响因素作了定量估计,最后,文章针对煤层气项目运行的实际情况,提出了相应的风险应对策略和监控措施。本文认为目前煤层气项目营运期间的风险水平较高,应当加强对煤层气井的管理和煤层气的市场开发工作,以降低煤层气项目运营期间的风险,提高项目赢利性能。The main risk factors during the operation of CBM project are identified in a comprehensive and systematic way. The in-depth analyses on risk factors are made from various perspectives, with the quantitative evaluation made on part of risk factors. In the light of the actual operation of CBM project, the coping strategies and monitoring measures are suggested. It is indicated that the current risk level is high for the operation of CBM project, and therefore the CBM well management and CBM market development need to be strengthened in order to lower the risk and improve the profitability of CBM project.
