完善资助体系 切实做好贫困生的教育管理工作

摘　　要：随着高校招生并轨、学费制度的改革,贫困生问题日益突出,学校党委高度重视,把其列为重要议事日程。党政领导亲自抓,提出“不让一名学生因家庭经济困难而辍学”的工作目标,通过努力,完善了'奖、贷、助、补、减'五位一体联动助学的资助体系,探索出“资助与教育、资助与管理”两个结合的工作思路,做到了资助工作的三落实,即机构落实、资金落实、人员落实。The problem of poorer students has become more and more important while colleges are taking in students,charging a higher fee and the tuition system is being reformed. The Committee of the Party of our school viewed the problem to a most important degree and scheduled it into the agenda of most important affairs. The leaders of our school have got down to solve the problem themselves and have pointed out 'Never let a poorer student give up studing because of poverty'. Through hard work,we have successfully completed a sponsoring system of 'awarding,giving the poorer students a loan ,offering them opportunities to earn some money themselves,allowing some money to help them,reducing their tuition',and exploring a working method of combining 'sponsoring and education ,sponsoring and manegement'. So far,we have achieved much in the work to sponsor the poorer students,and the relevant institutions ,money and staff have been set down.
