5－氟尿嘧啶聚乳酸微球制备及体内外释药特性的研究

摘　　要：５－氟尿嘧啶（５－ＦＵ）用ＤＬ－聚乳酸（ＰＬＡ）作为载体，采用相分离－凝聚法制备含药量６０％、粒径１０５～１８０μｍ的微球。并进行了微球在ｐＨ７．４磷酸盐缓冲液中和栓塞兔肾动脉后的药物释放试验。５－ＦＵ／ＰＬＡ微球具有较理想的缓释作用。An attempt is being made to develop poly(DL-lactic acid) microspheres containing 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) as a new anticancer preparation for tumour arterial chemoembolization therapy.The microspheres with diameter of 105～180 μm and drug loading of 60% were successfully prepared by an improved Phase separation process and the drug release tests were carried out in vitro/in vivo.
