摘　　要：上海外环隧道是亚洲最大的沉管法施工双向八车道隧道,给排水、消防设计技术标准高,技术难点多,介绍工程的设计特点、技术创新及设计经验。Shanghai outer ring immersed tunnel is the largest immersed tunnel in Asia, with eight lanes in bi direction. Its water supply & drainage and fire design is featured with high technical standard, and with much more difficulties. In regard to this aspect, the design characteristics, technical innovation, and design experiences are introduced.
