摘　　要：针对人的智力和创造活动在企业技术创新过程中的重要作用,采用一种能够消除企业间客观基础条件优劣的影响,真正反映人的主观有效努力程度和能力对企业技术创新绩效贡献的二次相对评价模型,对某集团公司下属15家企业的技术创新绩效进行了评价。For the important position of the people' intellect and creativity in the enterprises' technical innovation,we apply a binary relative evaluation model to measure technical innovation performance of fifteen enterprises subject to a group company. The binary relative evaluation approach is a kind of evaluation method, which can eliminate the effect of the objective situation between the enterprises and really represent the extent of subjective effort when to enhance performance.
