摘　　要：从风险投资评估的特点入手,建立了风险投资评估模糊评判模型,旨在推动风险投资评估在我国的规范化运作。首先,用市场比较法寻找评估线索和评估要素;接着根据模糊评判原理,构建风险投资评估模型,分别确定企业资本增值潜力、企业家的能力,企业专有技术价值,资本流动的潜力,管理团队的能力,风险系数等指标因素;最后,通过模糊矩阵复合运算,确定评估值。From the economic study of venture investment,emphasis is laid on the companionship between asset assessment and venture capital.Expounding the rules what we should obey in the procession of evaluation.,establishing a new model in assessment.The first,we seek the clue and resources of assessment;then we apply fuzzy assessment theory to establish the model of venture capital,we conclude the index of environmental information such as venture capital boost ability,venture boost motor,venture technique innovation,capital flow ability,management teem ability,venture rate and so on;at last,we conclude the assessment flow though fuzzy mathematical economics analysis.
