摘　　要：从知识化的重要性入手,分析界定了“知识城市”的基本内涵,提出了建设“知识城市”的基本任务和对策建议。At the end of the 20th century,the mankind has entered the knowledge economy,information-intensive society.The essay starts from the importance of the intellectualization, defines and analyse the basic intension, main characteristic of the knowledge city, etc. Finally the essay discusses how to promote the urban intellectualization as well as its related tasks.
