肠安胶囊对132株肠炎常见菌的体外抗菌作用

摘　　要：目的评估肠安胶囊(内含从牛至中提炼出的精油)体外抗肠炎常见菌的作用,并探讨其机制。方法采用稀释法体外测试肠安胶囊对肠炎常见菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果肠安胶囊对132株肠炎常见菌的MIC为50.00-1000.00g生药·L-1,MBC为125.00-2000.00g生药·L-1,与阳性对照药香连片的作用相当。结论肠安胶囊对所有受试菌均具有不同程度的抑菌和杀菌作用,且抗菌谱广,抗菌作用强;可以与香连片交替使用,以减少细菌耐药的发生。OBJECTIVE: Chang'an capsule, containing the essential oils from Origanum vulgare, possesses strong and broad antibacterial effects. This study examined the effect of Chang' an capsule on the common enteritis-causing bacteria in vitro and studied its mechanism. METHODS: Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Chang'an capsule against the common enteritis-causing bacteria were measured in vitro by employing dilution method. RESULTS: MIC of Chang'an capsule against 132 strains enteritis-causing bacteria in vitro was 50.00 ∼ 1 000.00 g (raw herb)&middotL-1 and MBC was 125.00 ∼ 2 000.00 g(raw herb)&middotL-1, suggesting that it is as effective as Xianglian tablet in terms of antibacterial effect. CONCLUSION: Chang'an capsule has anti-bacterial and bacteria-inhibitory effects on all bacteria tested to varying degree. It has a broad anti-bacterial spectrum and strong anti-bacterial effects. If used alternately with Xianglian tablet, it can help reduce the drug resistance.
