摘 要:采用厌氧生物脱硫—UASB厌氧处理—混凝处理工艺,对糖蜜酒精废水在脱硫、去除COD、色度等方面进行了实验研究,为中小型糖厂高效、经济的处理糖蜜酒精废水提供了实验依据.应用UASB厌氧反应器对糖蜜酒精废水进行生物脱硫处理效果显著,SO2-4负荷较高,系统运行稳定;UASB厌氧反应器能有效处理生物脱硫后的糖蜜酒精废水;用聚合氯化铝混凝能有效处理厌氧出水.对COD为17400mg/L、SO2-4为1400mg/L、色度2048倍的进水,经该工艺处理后COD去除率为94.24%,SO2-4的去除率为86.50%,色度去除率为98%.The method of anaerobic biological sulfur-removing process + UASB anaerobic digestion + coagulation is used to treat the molasses wastewater for sulfur-removing, COD-removing and chroma-removing.When UASB anaerobic reactor is used to remove sulphate in the molasses wastewater, the removing effect of sulphate is notable and volume load of SO 2- _ 4 is high. The molasses wastewater in which sulphate has been removed can be treated in UASB anaerobic reactor effectively. The effluent from UASB anaerobic digestion can be treated effectively by coagulation with polyaluminium chloride.It is shown that anaerobic biological sulfur-removing process + UASB anaerobic digestion + coagulation can effectively remove SO 2- _ 4 , COD and chroma from molasses wastewater. When the wastewater with COD of 17 000 mg/L,SO 2- _ 4 of 1 400 mg/L and chroma of 2 048 times of the tip water is treated in the process, the removing rates of COD, SO 2- _ 4 and chroma are 94.24%, 86.50% and 98% respectively.
