摘　　要：为实现天线调谐装置测试、故障诊断的自动化,利用基于GPIB、VXI总线技术的程控仪器,采用集中互连技术,设计完成该装置的接口适配器,并与测试软件相结合构建成针对该装置的自动测试系统。此系统提高对天线调谐装置测试、故障诊断与定位的效率。Based on the technology of GPIB and VXI instruments, an integrated design of testing for antenna matching de- vices is presented. An interface adapter is designed. Thus, ATS (automatic testing systerm) for the antenna matching devices can be established by adding the corresponding testing software. Using this system, the efficiency of testing as well as mal- function orientation and diagnosis are enhanced to some extent.
