摘  要:本系统用于油田测井过程中,对电缆所受的张力、油井的深度及电缆下井速度等参数的测量。重点阐述了系统结构及工作原理。同时,对测力传感器、测深编码器、系统硬件电路设计及软件流程也做了介绍。该系统精度高、体积小、工作稳定。既能实时测量所测参数,又兼具“黑匣子”功能,能对数据进行24小时以内的记录,为事故分析提供可靠的依据,具有较高的工程应用价值。可用与所有测负荷,测长度,测速度的场合。The system is used to measure the tension of the cable, the depth of the oil-well and the speed of the cable down the oil in the process of the oil-well measurement. The thesis pays special attention to the system's structure and the working theory. Meanwhile, the thesis addresses the tension sensor, photoelectronic encoder, the circuit design of system hardware and the design of software. The system has high accuracy,small volume and working stability. It can not only detect the data, but also record them within 24 hours and provide reliable evidences for analysis of accidents. It is very useful to the engineering application, and can be used in all the occasions where the tension, the depth and the speed are measured.
