摘　　要：价格机制作为市场经济“一只无形的手”,是市场配置资源的基础性信号。确定合理的商品和要素价格是建立公平竞争的市场秩序的重要环节,对于完善社会主义市场经济体制至关重要。坚持马克思生产价格理论既是市场经济的内在要求,又是决定商品市场价格的依据与实现资源最优配置的条件,有着重要的现实指导意义。Price mechanism used as 'an invisible hand' of the market economy, is a foundation signal to allocate the resources. So it is the important link of the market order with fair competition that we make reasonable price for merchandise and factor, which is most important to perfect socialist market economy. Insisting Mars's the production price theory is not only the market economy's inner request, but also the basis determining the market price of the commodity, as well as the condition of resources allocating optimally. It is of actually important guiding meaning.
