摘　　要：理性主义作为一种哲学思潮,在人类认识社会秩序、规则方面发挥了重大的作用。但是,建构论和进化论的理性主义对人们认识社会秩序、规则有重大的差异,因此,厘清理性主义的发展过程对我国正在进行的法治之路极为重要。As one philosophy ideological trend, for we the civil order, rule play a great role in mankind. But it is different for constructive rationalism and rational doctrine of evolutionism to acknowledge society order and rule. So it is extremely important to the way governed by law afoot of our country to clarify the evolution of the rational doctrine.
