摘 要:理论上分析了光纤光栅的压力传感特性,并采用纵向和横向方式将光纤光栅粘贴在自行设计、型号为ZXYCO1的平膜片上,并进行了加压和减压的高压实验。实验结果表明:纵向粘贴的光纤光栅压力灵敏度系数比横向粘贴的高几倍,其值分别为87pm/MPa和14pm/MPa左右,其测量精度分别为0. 2%F.S和1%F.S;光纤光栅的中心波长与压力变化有着良好的线性关系、重复性和较高的相关系数,适合于压力测量。The pressure sensor characteristic of fiber Bragg grating is analyzed,the high-pressure experiments about compression and decompression are carried out on the self-designing diaphragm,whose type is ZXYCO1,which fiber Bragg grating is stuck with the longitudinal and transverse methods.The experimental results indicate that the pressure sensitivity coefficient of fiber Bragg gratings in longitudinal stickup method is several times as much as that in transverse stickup method on self-designing diaphragm,their values are about 87 and 14pm/Mpa,their measurement precision are 1% F.S and 0.5% F.S respectively.At the same time there is a very good linearity and repetition between the center wavelength of fiber Bragg grating and pressure change in two methods.There is rather high correlation coefficient,and it is fit for pressure measurement.
