病案室在病案首页管理中的质控功能刍议

摘　　要：医院质量分析中屡见对病案首页填写完整性、准确性之微辞。本文分析了设专职检查员检控仍不得力的原因以及病案人员实施质控的优势,并着力探讨其意义及方法。提出以回收整理过程中的审查、编码上机人员内容把关、全面检查为主的环节控制,并从服务中实施有效反馈的措施。In this hospital,the quality of filling in the front cover of case book was distinctly improved due to the contents'integrity,accuracy, and standardization after professionals of record room participated in the quality control through their work,such as overall and specialized study of the case book and cooperation with clinical personnel.
