摘　　要：通过对所辖医院业务收入实行“总量控制、结构调整”的策略及其结果进行分析和评价。提出控制医院业务收入的宏观目标是确定合理增长指标,保证各方面协调发展:推行全社会医疗保险制度,保证医疗服务享受者得到基本医疗和预防保健服务;以及医院经营管理的策略选择。The policy and practice of total amount control and restructuring of hospital income in the area under this bureau's jurisdiction are analysed and evaluated, with special reference to discussions on rational growth rate of hospital' s professional income coordinated development of various sectors, overall spreading of medical insurance system ensuring primary medical and preventive health care for all insured persons, and hospital mangement policy options.
