摘  要:通过B级钢轴箱体半固态挤压成型的大量试验,得出其模具的主要失效形式为塑性变形、热疲劳裂纹和热熔蚀.理论分析表明,造成B级钢轴箱体半固态挤压成型模具失效的主要原因是模具材料的热强度不够.根据该模具的工作原理及特点,提出了延长模具寿命的有效措施——采用优质复合材料、先进表面处理技术和喷涂适当配比的涂料,其中喷涂适当配比的涂料是提高模具寿命的最有效途径.The main failure forms, such as thermal fatigue crack and thermal ablation of die of axle box body by semi-solid squeezing forming of B grade steel were presented based on lots of experiments. It had been confirmed, theoretically, that these failures were caused mainly by the low thermal strength of die material. According to the working principle and features of the die, some effective measures, such as high-quality composites, advanced surface treatment technology and spraying proper mix proportional painting were taken for life enhancement, especially the spraying measure was the most effective way.
