摘　　要：根据多年的生产实践,系统总结了环境温度和湿度对水玻璃型壳精铸生产的影响。指出应根据温度变化,采取调整涂料粉液比、硬化时间等工艺措施,可保证铸件质量。在高湿度环境下,应注意待型壳干燥后再涂挂下一层涂料,型壳脱蜡前须延长干燥时间。Effects of ambient temperature and humidity on sodium silicate mold shell investment casting were surveyed systematically based on practical experience.Some measures,such as adjusting powder-liquid ration of coating,hardening time,should be taken according to temperature change.In high humidity circumstance,it was cautioned that shell mold should be dried before next coating layer should be brushed and drying time should be extended before shell mold dewaxed.
