消失模发泡珠粒射料充填过程试验研究

摘　　要：为了研究消失模发泡珠粒射料充填过程,采用自行设计的模具和计算机采集系统研究顶部射料和侧面射料两种典型射料方式下珠粒射料充填过程、模具内气体压力分布变化过程和珠粒充填形态。对两种射料充填形态的形成原因和充填特性进行了分析和比较。We have been developed a tool and computer collection system to investigate filling process of beads,pressure distribution of gas in the tool and filling pattern of the beads under the conditions of top injection and side-injection.The formation reasons and filling behaviors of the beads in top injection and side injection were analyzed.
