毒素清颗粒止咳祛痰作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨毒素清颗粒的止咳、祛痰药理作用。方法:采用浓氨水喷雾法、二氧化硫刺激法观察毒素清颗粒的止咳作用;用酚红祛痰法、家兔离体气管片法观察毒素清颗粒的祛痰作用。结果:毒素清颗粒对浓氨水喷雾法、二氧化硫刺激法引起小鼠咳嗽有明显的抑制作用;明显增加小鼠呼吸道气管粘膜酚红的排泌量;促进气管纤毛粘液流的运动,增强纤毛摆动的速度,有一定的祛痰作用。结论:毒素清颗粒对浓氨水、二氧化硫引起的咳嗽有一定的止咳作用,并有一定的祛痰和促进排痰的作用。Objective: to discuss the effect of relieving cough and reducing sputum of Dusuqing Granule. Metheods: to observe the effect of relieving cough via mobilitation of strong ammonia solutiong and stimulation of sulfun dioxide; to observe the effect of reducing sputum via PSP test and rabbit extra corporeal tracheotomy. Results: The granule was distinctively effective in inhibiting cough caused by strong ammonia solution and sulfur dioxide. It obuiously raised the amount of mice's phenol red, promoted the motion of endotracheal pilus mucosa and speeded the swing of endotracheal pilus mucosa. Thus it was effective in reducing sputum. Conclusion: The granule is effective in releving cough by strong ammonia solution and sulfur dioxide and it is effective in reducing sputum.
