益智健脑颗粒对快速老化鼠SAMP8学习记忆的改善作用

摘　　要：目的观察中药益智健脑颗粒对老年性痴呆模型小鼠的学习记忆能力的影响。方法运用Morris水迷宫方法测试SAMP8快速老化模型小白鼠的定位航行和空间探索能力。结果中药益智健脑颗粒干预寻找水下平台的潜伏期(61.35±3.67秒)较模型组(85.49±2.96秒)显著缩短(P<0.05),跨平台象限游泳次数(6.10±1.37次)较模型组(3.70±1.16次)显著增多(P<0.05)。结论中药益智健脑颗粒能有效改善SAMP8快速老化模型小白鼠的学习记忆能力。ObjectiveTo observe the effects of traditional medicine YI ZHI JIAN NAO KE LI on the spatial learning and memory of mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease.MethodsYI ZHI JIAN NAO KE LI was used to treat the SAMP8 senescence accelerated mouse for eight weeks,then analyzed the parameter of place navigation test and spatial probe test by Morris water maze.ResultThe escape latency of YI ZHI JIAN NAO KE LI groups(61.35±3.67)had significantly shortened than that of model groups(85.49±2.96);and the times of swim in platform quadrant of YI ZHI JIAN NAO KE LI groups(6.10±1.37) had increased than that of model groups( 3.70 ±1.16).ConclusionIt showed the traditional medicine YI ZHI JIAN NAO KE LI improved spatial learning and memory in SAMP8 senescence accelerated mouse.
