武警医学生应对方式与父母养育方式的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨武警医学生应对方式与父母养育方式的关系方法采用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)对176名从基层部队招考的武警医学生进行测试。结果EM-BU各因子分中,父母情感温暖、理解存在着性别差异(P<0.05,分别为:50.96±9.86,52.58±9.36)。独生子女与非独生子女在父母情感温暖、理解,偏爱被试以及父亲过分干涉上有显著性差异(P<0.05,分别为54.00±7.60,50.42±10.71)。积极应对差异有显著性(P<0.01),而消极应对无性别差异。EMBU与SCSQ的相关分析结果显示,父母亲情感温暖、理解与积极应对呈正相关(P<0.01)。父母亲情感温暖、理解,母亲的过分干涉、过分保护、惩罚、严厉、偏爱被试与消极应对呈正相关(P<0.05,分别为0.379,0.364)。结论父母的养育方式对武警医学生的应对方式有一定影响,尤其是母亲的不良养育方式与学生消极应对方式关系更为密切。ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the coping styles and parental rearing behaviors of the medical students in Chinese people's armed police forces (CPAPF).MethodsSimplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ),EPQ and EMBU were adopted to test the randomly sampled 176medical students of CPAPF from the army .ResultsThe scores of female medical students were higher than the male on the term of parents' emotion warmth and consideration( P <0.05).There were significantly differences between the only child and non-only child on the parents’emotion warmth ,consideration , preference to the subjects and the father’s overinterference( P <0.05).The male adopted more positive coping styles than the female,( P <0.01) and the coping styles of only child and non-only child seemed same. There was positive correlation between parents’ emotion warmth and consideration and positive coping( P <0.01);wheras negative correlation between the parents’emotion warmth ,consideration,the mother’s overprotection or overinterference ,strict punishment , preference to the subjects and the negative coping( P <0.05).ConclusionThe medical students’coping styles were influenced by their parental rearing,especially the mother’s rearing behaviors closely associated with the negative coping styles.
