摘 要:目的对东莞市2004年流脑疫情进行分析,为探讨东莞市流脑防治策略提供依据。方法采用描述性和分析性流行病学研究方法对东莞市2004年的流脑疫情、流行菌株进行分析,采用纸片法检测菌株的药敏情况。结果东莞市流脑以散发为主,也偶有暴发疫情发生;外来青工是发生流脑的高危人群;流脑流行的优势菌群和耐药性均已发生较大改变。结论建议在外来青工中开展A+C群流脑菌苗普种。在疫情处理时。Objective This study was conducted to better understand the characteristics of the epidemic situation of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in 2004 in Donggan city to furnish the basis for the formulation of preventive and therapeutic tactics. Methods Descriptive study and analytical study were used to analyze the epidemic situation of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in 2004 in Dongwan. The bacterial strain was determined and its sensitivity was tested with paper disc method. Results It was found that sporadic epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis was predominant in Donggan with occasional outbreaks. The nonative young laborers were of high-risk population susceptible to epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis. The dominant bacterial strain of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and its resistance to drugs had a major change. Conclusion It is recommended that extensive vaccination of vaccine A+C strains for epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis is to be implemented among nonnative young laborers. Drugs such as rifampicin to which meningococcal bacteria are sensitive can be used as preventive drugs in the management of the epidemic.
