摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定从龙眼胚芽中纯化提取的4种植物细胞分裂素ZT、KT、6-BA、2ip,并介绍了植物组织内细胞分裂素的提取和纯化过程,实验以C18柱为分离柱,甲醇:1%冰醋酸=42:58(v/v)为流动相,采用流速梯度洗脱欲测组分,λ=254nm处检测了4种植物细胞分裂素.被测组分的浓度与其峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995～1.000),加标回收率在93.81%～98.23%,4种植物细胞分裂素的最小检出限均在纳克级.This parper describes the application of reversed-phase HPLC to determination of cytokinins in embryo of Longan [trans-zeatin(ZT),6-furfuryl aminopurine (KT), 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA)and 6(r,r-dimethylallylamininopurine (2ip)] in purified extracts of embryo of Longan,and also gives an extraction and purification procedure useful for the routine analysis of the cytokinins in plant tissue.A C_ 18 column was used and gradient elution with MeOH∶1%HAC=42∶58(v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0～1.2mL/min,was performed with a UV monitor at 254 nm. The average recovery of four plant cytokinins were 93.8l%～98.23% (n=5)and correlation coefficients were 0.9995～1.000.The lowest detectable limit for four plant cytokinins were in nanogram level.
