摘　　要：通过对全国土地储备机构相关数据的分析,揭示了我国土地储备机构在时间、区域与不同城市等级上的分布情况,结合土地储备制度发展的背景,推演出我国土地储备制度发展的动力机制,即地方政府的利益诉求与国家政策推动的交互作用,并指出我国土地储备发展的重点应由机构的建立转移到内涵的丰富上。Based on data analysis of land-banking organizations all over the country, the research has disclosed the distribution of those organizations on time, regions and urban classifications. With the developing background of land-banking policy in China, the dynamic mechanism of the development of the land-banking system has been given,that is, the interaction of profit requirement of local government and impulse by national policy. The result has been pointed out that the direction of development of land-banking in China should be shifted from foundation of organization to expansion of connotation.
