摘  要:为了提高Nd:YAG/LBO腔内倍频黄光激光器输出功率的稳定性,通过在腔内插入FP标准具选择出单一激光谱线来实现,同时通过FP标准具的角度调谐还得到了1.1μm波段3条分离谱线的单独倍频运转。用2WLD抽运Nd:YAG,腔内加入150μm厚的熔石英FP标准具,先通过FP标准具放置角度的调节获得单一谱线的基频光运转,再通过LBO腔内倍频获得高稳定性的黄光输出,在1.6W的抽运功率下,556nm、558nm和561nm的输出功率分别为85mW、65mW和71mW,光光转换效率分别为5.31%、4.06%和4.68%。In order to improve the stability of the output power of the Nd:YAG/LBO intra-cavity-frequency doubling yellow laser, we inserted the F-P etalon into the cavity to obtain the single laser line, and at the same time the three laser line at 1.1 μm waveband solely operated through the angle tuning. In this paper, we use the 2 W LD end-pumped the Nd:YAG, insert 150 μm thickness F-P etalon into the cavity, by the tuning of alignment angle of the F-P etalon, firstly, we obtain the fundamental laser operation of the single line, then the yellow laser is obtained by LBO intracavity-frequency-doubling. At the incident pump power of 1.6 W, the output power at 556 nm, 558 nm, 561 nm are 85 mW, 65 mW, 71 mW, the light to light conversion efficiency are 5.31%, 4.06%, 4.68% respectively.
