微循环研究常用部位的肽能和胺能神经支配

摘  要:以逆行追踪与免疫细胞化学相结合法,探讨了大鼠提睾肌、盲肠系膜和耳廓等微循环研究常用部位的神经肽Y(NPY)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、甲啡呔(M-ENK)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)等肽能和胺能神经的支配。结果表明:支配提睾肌的运动和感觉神经元分别含有5-HT和CGRP。支配提睾肌血管、盲肠系膜及其血管的交感节神经元,一部分含有NPY,一部分含有M-ENK;支配耳廓局部的运动和感觉神经元均含有CGRP,而支配该部的交感节后神经元则分别含有NPY、CGKP和5-HT。上述结果提示:提睾肌、盲肠系膜和耳廓局部除受经典递质的神经支配之外,NPY、CGRP、M-ENK和5-HT等也同样参与了上述各部位的运动、感觉以及自主性功能的调节活动。The peptidergic(NPY,CGRP,M- ENK)and serotoninergic innervations in the cremaster muscle,mesocecum and auricle were studied with subunit B of cholera toxin horseradish peroxidase(CB-HRP)combined with peroxidase antiperoxidase complex (PAP)method.The re- sults were as follows:Some motor neurons of the cremaster muscle showed 5-HT immunoreactivity(5-HTir)and the sensory neurons showed CGRPir. Some sympathetic postganglionic neurons innervating the cremaster blood vessels showed NPYir and M-ENKir. Some sympathetic postganglionic neurons innervating the mesocecum and its blood vessels showed NPYir and M-ENKir. Both motor and sensory neurons innervating the auricle showed CGRPir.Their sympathetic postganglionic neurons showed 5-HTir,CGRPir or NPYir. The physiological significance of NPY,CGRP,M-ENK and 5-HT in microcirculation is discussed.
