移居海拔3700m高原青年体质综合评价方法的研究

摘　　要：在海拔３７００ｍ高原选择５０名男性青年的体重、立定跳远、引体向上、仰卧起坐、６０ｍ和２０００ｍ跑速度６项指标进行高原移居青年体质综合评价方法的研究。通过用百分位法制定各项指标评分标准，以各项指标评分相加作为体质总分，并用各项指标的简单相关系数与多元逐步回归方程的标准化偏回归系数的乘积（贡献率）分配“权重”，建立综合评价总分的计算式：Ｙ＝０．０５Ｘ１＋０．１６（Ｘ４＋Ｘ６）＋０．２１（Ｘ２＋Ｘ３＋Ｘ５），式中Ｘ１，Ｘ２，……，Ｘ６分别为体重、立定跳远、引体向上、仰卧起坐、６０ｍ和２０００ｍ跑速度的分值。制定了海拔３０００ｍ高原移居青年体质综合评价标准：优秀＞８１．０，良好７０．５－８１．０，中等４６．９－７０．４，较差３６．３－４６．８，差＜３６．３。根据应用结果，我们初步认为本方法可用于海拔３７００ｍ高原上移居青年体质的综合评价。By means of 6 indexes and percentile method, the method for comprehensive evaluation ofphysique was studied in 50 young males exposed to an altitude of 3700m for 6 months.In analy-sis,the score standards of different indexes were established by percentile method, and the weightof different indexes were distributed by multiplication(contribution rate)of standardized partialregression coefficient and correlation coefficient.Based on these results,the calculation equationof comprehensive score of physique was obtained: Y=0.05X1+0.16(X4+X6)+0.21(X2+X3+X5),where Y is comprehensive score of physique; X1,X2, X3, X4, X5 and X6 are scores of bodyweight,jumping , chin-ups, sit-ups,speed of 60m and 2 000m run respectively.The standard ofphysique was established:excellence is > 8 1.0, good is 70.5-81.0; average is 46.9-70.4; fair is36.3-46.8; poor is < 36.3. The results of trials indicated that this standard might be used forcomprehensive evaluation of physique of sojourner at an altitude of 3700m.
