摘　　要：在高等教育的大众化阶段,教学质量的监控显得日益紧迫和重要。为有效实施教学质量监控,必须建立教学质量监控的管理系统、信息反馈系统和评价系统,这是教学质量监控体系构建的基础和前提,是学校做好教学质量监控工作的重要保障和重要手段。With the popularity of higher education, the teaching quality monitoring is becoming more and more necessary and important. The paper mainly analyzes the necessity of establishing teaching quality monitoring system management, information feedback and evaluation and concludes it is necessary to consider the independence of setting up departments and fair of personnel arranging. The establishment of effective and valid information feedback system helps the leaders of teaching to know the real teaching and make proper decisions. The building of teaching evaluation is the major measure of teaching management and is the key of quality monitoring.
